When in the Notion page, click on Duplicate found top right of your window.
To add a new entry, click on New and a new entry will be automatically added to the database.
We have prefilled the Template with the categories we like to use. But you can use your own. Click on … in the top-right corner of the database and then click on Properties
We have included a template to add additional notes and issues detected for each chart. If you’d like to change this. Head to the Dropdown of New , find the template, click on … and Edit template.
